Team Manager, Assessment Team, London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

  • Managing, leading, organising, developing, nourishing and auditing a team of six Social Workers and one Deputy Team Manager in an Assessment Team described by Ofstead as ‘Exemplary’ during a 2022 focused visit.
  • Being responsible and accountable for the safety, assessment, care planning and intervention of between 120-150 children at any one time.
